Genuinely a horrific experience. She arrived 35 minutes late, the cut was wonky. The lady spoke barely any English.
My hair is insanely short at the back & wonky but still very long at the front. It took 23 minutes for a cut & blow, no straighteners used. It was rushed. The salon was very unprofessional & I felt uncomfortable so I didn’t express my views in the salon, I just said thanks & left.
I was unsure to leave a review because I’d seen their insanely rude responses, very disappointed!
