was the sorest wax i’ve received and i’ve been waxing for over a year. wasn’t the uncomfortable pain that i usually expect it was painful pain. it felt like my skin had been ripped along with the wax. when i came in, i booked an appointment and they didn’t even realise i was arriving was quite unprofessional. my actual waxed was nice, however will never be back
