Went for a pedicure on recommendation, the girl hacked my heal with the blade. It was an accident, although she was very rough. The bleeding was awful, she put nail varnish remover on a pad and held it tightly on the wound which was excruciating! Kept saying I’m so sorry begging me not to tell her boss, I felt sorry for her. The rest of the pedicure was rushed, I got gel polish which 100% isn’t shellac and there’s paint all over my skin, tried to phone but nobody answers. Would expect a refund.
