I booked a gel pedicure, on arrival told 2 members of staff what I had booked (one of was the manager/owner).
Was taken downstairs by the therapist and she started work (nice lady and great job) near end of treatment the manager advised they made a mistake giving a spa pedicure not gel pedicure (I had no idea). When I went to pay I was advised that the was to pay £30 instead of £18 that I booked. This spoiled the experience
,as it was their mistake they should not have charged the extra.
