The therapist used the same spatula every time applying the wax. A new spatula should be used every time for hygiene in one big pot of wax that will be used on multiple clients. Very poor standards. Made me feel uneasy.

Although the staff were very friendly the place was not clean & seemed unhygienic.
I had a Brazilian & half leg wax & they used the same spatula the whole time (double dipping in the wax)
The tweezers used to pluck looked like they had never been cleaned.
Again friendly staff but really wish I’d stopped the treatment as I now feel anxious about the lack of hygiene. I won’t be going back.
