Had an appt, 20 mins later still waiting while other customers came and went. Asked 3 times why I was there, explained each time (and I had given full details when I booked online). Eventually seen by someone, filled out a form at which point I was told I couldn’t have my ears pierced because I was diabetic. This is NOT true, diabetics are advised against piercings in parts of the body with less blood flow (eg shin, stomach) but ears are perfectly safe (www.diabetes.org.uk). Total farce.
