Terrible experience... Callus peel took hour and half and ended up having to paint my own nails as girl was taking too long. And nails took 3 hours girl didn't Speak a word of English so didn't have a clue... Cut me and made a mess and within two hours one of my nails broke
Went back next day to get them fixed and girl was giving me proper attitude and also told me staff were bad mouthing me...Will never be back. And advice to all... Don't even bother wasting your time getting your nails done there as Sara has left and rest of staff are rude and don't care about customer care or satisfaction. Never had such bad treatment in my life.
I had specially chosen one person to do my peel and another to do my nails via treatwell and when I got there neither of those girls were there.
I'm not one to complain but I'm so angry and disappointed with service I received that I wouldn't waste my money there now.
