The appointment system is a bit hitand miss- they seem very relaxed about the schedule. I was kept waiting 20 minutes then shown into a room, presumably to get changed. The staff were not chatty, except with each other in their own language. I was only spoken to to confirm what treatment I was expecting. All bottles and wax pots could use a good clean, the same spatula was dipped repeatedly in the wax and I didn't see any of the therapists wearing gloves or washing their hands. Halfway through my treatment another therapist came to help, exposing me wearing only my underwear to the waiting room 3 times. They were both rough. Really not impressed with my treatment. The cost was very low, I guess you get what you pay for.
