The staff were friendly and very welcoming, however the women doing my brows didn't even ask me what I wanted, she just attempted to begin to thread my eyebrows without mapping them or really looking at the shape.
I've had HD brows several times over the years and this was just eyebrow threading with a tint. The result was ok but the lack of communication made me feel uneasy so I wouldn't go back due to that.

Its a great salon but feel the staff are very rude at times as they speak in their own language over me to each other and it can be very awkward at times. I never feel they want to chat to me when i visit
