I was taken immediately when i entered even though i was very early
I had prebooked and paid using treatwell app
For a facial
I enquired what the difference was from the one booked at £20 to the one at £35 as no difference noted in the website
I was not told in end and ended up being given the £35 facial to which i ended up having to pay an extra £15. So i wasnt happy about this, as English is not this shops 1st lanuage, sp struggled to understand what she was saying to me during the procedure
Overall the facial was good, but still dont know what the £15 difference was i paid for
The threading and tinting was great as it always is
