Booked an appointment, received both text and email confirmation. Turned up on time and was told they were too busy, maybe I could try coming back in an hour. Completely unprofessional, no apology or explanation as to why my appointment wasn’t being kept. Will not return, no point in trying to plan anything around an appointment that means nothing to the venue.
