My 30 minute back neck and shoulder massage focused mostly on my upper arms where painful deep tissue massage was carried out. I have painful and extensive bruising on both upper arms, front and back. I complained and received a refund. 2 days later, the bruising is still awful and preventing sleep. I've had good massages here before but will not return.
