It was fine but there were problems with the water that they had to finish my wash downstairs. I used this hairdressers as it was near to my work. I will be going back to my usual hairdressers when we get into phase 4.

The salon was extremely busy, there was mix of clients with and without appointments booked sitting waiting. It felt too crowded. I know all businesses are keen to make all their clients happy after all this time closed and not want to refuse any business. But you will not keep them if your standards for booking and waiting are not up to guidelines. The room for waxing was not to an adequate clean standard. Waxing it self was a quick process however there was no time to waste with the queue that was behind me!
