My therapist was not Gazel she is excellent. I have no idea who my therapist was but my foot and legs were severely burned. There was no first wider or accident report. If it has not been for lady next to me who was a retired nurse this could have been worse. My leg and foot are blistered and am taking legal action. Am horrified at the way they operate when there is an accident. One of the therapists wanted to apply gel with alcohol which would have burned more!!!!!
