As others have said the salon was chaotic and dirty.
I was (at least) a double booking and waited for 20 mins and as I was about to leave someone came to get me.
They were slightly apologetic, and I get it’s 4 days until Christmas.
However it was the fastest gel off and on I’ve ever had and the lady had it done in 25 minutes and it looks fantastic. Love the colour.
If they’d only clear up a bit - downstairs covered in hair and upstairs covered in thread from eyebrow shaping - very little effort would make it so much better.
