Great salon, fantastic value for money. They do use strip wax for intimate waxing, which I find to be more painful than hard wax, so I'd be hesitant to have this exact treatment again

The salon was dirty and the hairdresser didn't understand what haircut I wanted and completely ruined my hair. She basically came at my hair with scissors, leaving it uneven and resembling a mullet. When I made my issue known I was told by 3 members of staff that this was a lovely haircut and is the way it was supposed to be. Had to pay her for butchering my hair and also another hairdresser for fixing her mess. Would not recommend to my enemy.

Unfortunately when I turned up they had double booked my appointment. No-one mentioned this until after 20 mins when I asked. They said i could return at 5pm which I did but was a slight inconvenience. The eyelashes were good and done quickly.
