Very bad. I booked the treatment and tried to get the treatment. However, their phone is switched off, no reply to my calls, messages and emails. No help from Treatwell either to cancel or resolve the issue despite three days have passed

She had clearly had a very stressful day (phone had just been stolen) but she was very all over the place. Key equipment like towels were missing (she dried my hair with paper towels??) and she talked more about her phone than focusing on what I had asked. My hair cut was much shorter than I asked for and I was disappointed with the cut although it was pretty even. Hard to know how representative my exp was as I’ve never been here before but very disappointed and the paper towel felt v unhygenic
