She had clearly had a very stressful day (phone had just been stolen) but she was very all over the place. Key equipment like towels were missing (she dried my hair with paper towels??) and she talked more about her phone than focusing on what I had asked. My hair cut was much shorter than I asked for and I was disappointed with the cut although it was pretty even. Hard to know how representative my exp was as I’ve never been here before but very disappointed and the paper towel felt v unhygenic

My haircut was professional and quick with friendly service. The salon is no-frills but the price is great for the area.
