Nice venue. Had a few problems with my booking; I had pre paid on treatwell however, the beautician had no confirmation of this so I was there longer than I was meant to be. The wax was ok. I was under the impression it was hot wax, but it was strip. Usually I don’t find Hollywood wax painful but this was. Beautician seemed nervous (even told me she was). She was adamant that she had finished but I got home to see some parts were undone. Unhappy.

This is the third time I’ve had full head highlights and a cut from Shimu and it’s great every time! The new location in Bethnal Green is lovely, and Shimu is really friendly and professional. The price is really reasonable with the quality as good as places which charge twice as much. Would definitely recommend!
