I’ve been going here for a while but I was pretty shocked when I went in for a leg wax yesterday. I was told if I had not booked online I would get 50% off. I thought that was really nice so went for a bikini on the understanding That would be included for free (I’d already paid £20). Then I thought the lady really kindly did Hollywood (without my consent though) .. and then tried to charge me another £25! I thought this was very shocking to be honest. Disappointed as feel tricked but also made to feel guilty. It’s a shame as the quality of the wax was really good.

Honestly this was the worst hairdressing experience in my life. I went there just to cut off a little bit of my damaged ends in just straight line and now I look like my haircut was done by a child. My hair line is totally uneven, plus one side is much longer than the other.
I didn't want to argue about it as I didn't pay much for it, but now I need to find a new hairdresser to fix it.
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this place.
