Venue wasn’t open, I arrived 15 minutes early and stayed for ages waiting for someone to come. I now need to spend my Sunday trying to find a last minute wax before my holiday. Clearly I want my money back.

Usually there’s a nice Indian woman that does my eyebrows and she does them exactly the way I want it. However, she no longer works there and when I went this time round the main woman did my eyebrows and she did the complete opposite of what I’d asked her to do. I told her to keep my eyebrows thick and to just clean my eyebrows. Firstly, she began so pluck out the wrong hairs and now there’s a patch at the front of my eyebrows and she left so many unwanted hairs out, didn’t bother touching the middle part and didn’t even trim my eyebrows. When I told her that I was disappointed with it, she tried justifying herself and did give me £1 back but I personally think that I deserved a full refund.
