Wasn’t what I was expecting sadly. Decided to book a blow dry on my birthday because in the past I’ve had blow drys that can last 2/3 days and your hair feels fresh and clean, usually because you’ve had a great wash and no straighteners or curling tongs are used - they tend to leave my hair smelling burnt. I didn’t feel very welcomed upon arrival and the entire experience was quite deflating; no one offered to take my coat, no drinks were offered, my wet hair was left to hang over my clothing until another member of staff realised and put a towel over me, the blow dry felt no different to when I dry my own hair and when I explained I wanted bounce/volume I was told curling tongs would be used which I think defeated the point of booking a blow dry. My hair smelt like curling irons for the rest of the day and all the curls had dropped out by the time I got home.
