Beautician was kind but the cleanliness of the shop was terrible. Hair on floor, dirty wet wipes… wax missed off a lot of hair, had to rewax at home, and threading left me with a cut under my eyebrow and uneven brows, with straggly hairs missed off.

Shimu was really welcoming and nice. The haircut was just how I wanted it and she took great care of my hair!

Shimu was a lovely woman but she arrived almost 10 minutes late. There was another woman there who may have been a relative, I'm not sure. She had a bad cold and was talking to Shimu throughout. The cut and blowdry probably took less than 20 mins in total which in all honesty I was glad about because the place was filthy. I seriously considered leaving before she started. If she could get someone to clean regularly then I'm sure it'd be nice but as it is it isn't fit for purpose.
