When I arrived it was a different hairdresser who took care of me than the person I had the booking with. Nevertheless, the lady was good. I liked the way she asked how much cut I wanted, and I was asked if I wanted a rough-dry or a perfect dry.

The stylist did a nice job. However they initially tried to tell me they would charge more for a “wash and blow dry” instead of just a blow dry. I insisted on having the blow dry at the price it was advertised. If they want to charge extra for washing your hair, this needs to be made clear in their advert.
