Colouring was amazing and exactly what I asked for thank you.
Cut was a bit shorter than I asked for and found a little wonky after I left but overall good.
Also felt a bit pressured to make additional purchases when there, the ladies were pushy with extra treatments and products and pushed their expertise even saying “we know that you need this, we wouldn’t tell you how to do your job”. Well that’s fine but I don’t want to pay £20 for an extra rinse through of conditioner.
I would definitely go back and as I say, overall good just some constructive feedback to help them improve.

Staff were so so friendly and the wax virtually painless - would very much recommend

friendly staff but they didn't spot my booking on system. I told them what I had booked and they squeezed me in but even after telling them, there was still continuing confusion. I had to remind them of treatment, apply after wax gel myself and got home to find areas done very badly (looked like lady had missed patches). clearly rushing to squeeze me in but I wasn't impressed with finish.
