I wasn’t very happy with my experience today at Sara Salon. She was late seeing me and whilst she was filing my nails, she cut quite deeply into my nail bed which made it bleed and it hurt a lot. She did apologise but laughed as well.

They do a really good and quick job with waxing. And the salon looks and feels nice. Only minus they missed a few hair on the side of my leg but next time I’ll be more vigilant and point it out in the moment to give the opportunity to sort
