Sarah is so knowledgeable and helped me work out which products I was using were causing my hair to be dry and coarse. My hair is back to soft and smooth so I’m really grateful. Also, she is incredibly patient. I’ve been on a ‘journey’ trying to work out how to manage my increasingly grey hair. She’s taken the time to really get it right for me and I’m so happy with the results.
