I came for waxing and Sarah was professional, kind, friendly and effecient in the service provided. She made me feel comfortable as it was my first time coming to her salon. It was recently priced to and less than what I usually pay elsewhere.

I dislike leaving negative reviews... I like reviews to help a small business to grow. However my wax not only didn’t pull the hair out at the roots, it damaged my skin and it peeled away after. The lower half was done so badly that the hair grew back in 2 days. I also found the reception when I turned up cold and unwelcoming. They left me in the room for ages to get ready whilst they did who knows what. Such a shame, as I was hoping this could be my new regular waxing salon.
