As always had an amazing experience in B-Brown. Super love the new marble flooring throughout the salon it’s beautiful. Cannot thank Sarah enough for trying to get me fitted in for an urgent Nail appointment for next week. She managed to squeeze me in with a better appointment than I had booked in 2 weeks. Absolutely has cheered me right up after having a miserable Monday! Thanks so much Sarah xx

I don’t like to write negative reviews but I’ve had lashes done at least 5 other times at other salons and this was the worst experience I’ve had so far. The technician did not ask what length or what I wanted before we started. I had to bring it up once my eyes were already taped. Then she left the room and left the door open without explaining where she was going, which was not a very relaxing or reassuring feeling. I didn’t see her wash her hands before she started and kept putting pressure on my forehead, nose and eyes when she was applying the lashes. I don’t recall ever having anyone touching my face that much before. I think I ended up with a zit on my forehead as a result as I don’t usually get any pimples there. Overall my lashes looked thin (again compared to all of my other experiences) and she said there was nothing that could be done. Sadly I was quite disappointed with the overall experience and no one asked how it was as I was paying or leaving.
