Ended up getting Natalie (who I was hoping not to get), started the session 20 minutes late. Only completed underbrow clean up, and my face reacted with pimples with check waxing.
Natalie did not complete a full Hollywood, she had left a substantial amount behind and ripped a considerable amount of skin.

I'm new to beauty treatments but thought I'd earned myself a 'pamper'. This definitely did the trick.
I hadn't quite realised that I needed open toed shoes for an hour AFTER the treatment...thought they were to be worn somehow during the process!! I'll know next time.
