The staff at BBrown always make me feel at ease, being professional and friendly, whilst keeping the pain (when being waxed) to a minimum. I have come to BBrown for a number of years, recommended friends to come here in the past and would continue to do so. They are one of the only places I have had gel nails done that haven't caused any damage. BBrown also use a reward system where you can collect points to gain discounts on future treatments.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The member of staff who gave me my treatment was warm and reassuring and the results were excellent. I intend to be a regular customer due to my first impression. Great experience

I arrived on time and they weren't open. I had to wait to be seen and the staff were a bit standoffish. The actual product was good though and I was very happy with the treatments.
