Small room, able to hear rest of salon, no towel to cover myself when opening the door. Didn't use gloves and asked me to hold areas once sticky from wax, not the most thorough/efficient wax I've had.

This shop great staff so friendly and helpful. The manager is nice and great to have a chat too. I love this shop I go every two weeks. I recommend it
