I have suffered with cluster headaches for over twenty years. I have never tried massage before. I have visited twice, and treatment is ongoing. Great, relaxing experience. With regular visits I hope to see a reduction in headaches. Fingers crossed!

This was my second ever reflexology session, the first some years ago. It was amazing, without telling Sarah, she commented on exactly the same findings as my first reflexologist. The session itself was very relaxing and Sarah certainly knows her stuff. I am certainly going to act on her suggestion and look forward to a follow up session to see if there is a difference.
