Sarah is very friendly and professional. The location is easy to find and the room is very relaxing. the treatment table is comfortable and the deep tissue massage has been extremely beneficial. I have experienced a lot of tightening but now all muscles feel relaxed. I am looking forward to get back running. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for a good massage in Pontypridd for years so I am so glad I found Sarah. Her massage was exactly the right combination of relaxing and therapeutic, and she was very skilled and knowledgeable. After a blissful hour, my shoulders were wonderfully supple and free from tension AND back in their rightful position (ie not up around my ears!). I highly recommend Sarah and am looking forward to my next session.
