I felt like I was living in a better world after reiki with Sarah. I went in feeling emotionally snowed under, blocked, and struggling to cope with things in healthy ways. The reiki experience was the most powerful I've ever had. I mean.. Woah. Afterwards I felt light, clean and springy, and certain challenges didn't seem half as difficult. Sarah was right; it didn't surprise me to learn that she had helped unblock all of my chakras with reiki energy. Thanks again Sarah

Had a really lovely facial massage with Sarah on Sunday and have booked in for Reiki next month. Sarah was so lovely and welcoming and when I told her about my anxiety and panic she was very reassuring and calmed me. Would recommend.

Had an Angel Card reading today at Reike Ryoho with Sarah - I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed on arrival - everything was clearly explained about the reading before the start - Sarah provides extra context about the meaning of the cards that you choose and clarity on anything that you ask about them which are all personal to you - I highly recommend having a reading with Sarah if you haven’t experienced one before

Gorgeous Indian head massage & facial one of the best facials I’ve had in a really long time. First time trying reiki also if you’re in two minds about trying to definitely do! Most rested I’ve felt in ages.
