I received a text 10 mins before my appointment telling me to come an hour and 15 minutes later which I thought was quite unprofessional and I had travelled quite a way for my appointment and then had to sit for half an hour as there was a delay. Sam was lovely and very sweet and I was happy with the overall outcome of my lashes
