Pain free and quick waxing!

The salon was unprepared for my visit and the room wasn't prepped. I had booked a deep tissue massage for 1 hour, but it didn't feel "deep" at all and was only 45 mins. I wasn't asked anything beforehand about preferences, trouble areas, etc. It was noisy outside the massage room so it wasn't a particularly relaxing experience. Often after a massage the therapist will rub the client with warm damp towels to remove any excess oil, but on this occasion I was wiped with dry kitchen roll.

My Hollywood wax and full leg wax was done of poor quality as I came home and noticed there was so much hair which had been missed. Basically I've paid for a poor wax job. Don't think I would be back again for treatment. However the beauty therapist was lovely and made me feel comfortable to engage in conversation with her.
