The actual treatment was great but there was a lot of waiting to be seen and staff arguing. It was not relaxing because of this.

It's a bit manky and the manager isn't the most pleasant. Appointments are meaningless and you'll probably get shouted at, but they do a good job so it's swings and roundabouts.
