Had to wait for a good while before I was taken, all a bit disorganised even though I had booked. Place isn’t the cleanest, but the end result is exactly what you pay for - great wax!

Staff were friendly but they had double booked my slot and made it very obvious that it was an inconvenience to take me during that time, as a regular customer was also booked in at that time

basic venue, coukd be much cleaner. massage was good although I would have preferred a scented massage oil rather than plain , cut about 15 minutes short but I tend to find all massages are no matter where you go . I would go back.
