Appointment was cancelled but they were great at rearranging and finding a fitting time. Venue was quite messy, but it was a busy day.
Got a lovely cup of tea and a french fancie whilst I waited. Staff were lovely :)
The girl who did my hair was lovely made you feel at ease ! I didn’t have any change and felt rotten for not tipping ! But definitely only coming here anyway for eyebrows!
The salon had a different name as to the one I booked and when I arrived they didn't know I coming and asked me to come back at 3.30 or the next day. Neither worked for me. I was upset because I had rushed to get there and this ruined my day. I sent a FB message in the morning before I left to double check my appointment had been confirmed and there was no reply. When I got home and looked at my phone (which I didn't have on me in the morning) there was a text from the manager asking me to go at 3.10 instead of 11. They shouldn't be advertising slots they dont have available.
