I was confused at first as the shop is in fact an extension of Sara's and not Ella's anymore. Once I was in though the service was very good and my nails are lovely.

I booked a 4pm 1 hour deep tissue massage treatment (£30 on treatwell) last night and I received a txt reminder at 12:02 today but when I arrived it was not called "Elly's Hair & Beauty" but "Sara Hair & Beauty" and, worse yet, they refused to honour my booking because they "don't do men" and they've told treatwell 5-6 times previously to update the app/website. None of which was made clear to me at the time of booking or the txt I received at 12:02. Worse yet, Elly/Sara/whatever they are called had all day to contact me to cancel the booking but instead decided to let me turn up and arrogantly tell me they "don't do men" without any apology or sympathy for my time and energy they wasted!
If I cancelled an appointment within 24 hours or didn't show up, you'd expect me to pay upto 100%, if not, all of the treatment fee for wasting your time/resources. So, in the absence of any cancellation notice I am owed £30.

Kept waiting for my appointment which is a pet hate of mine. Nails started looking rough and as if they were about to come off after 2 days. Nice girl but doubt I’d return to be honest.
