Was sent next door to Saras where they had no record of my booking. Room was unavailable and so I didn't get my massage. The place wasn't particularly inviting, a bit shabby.

The hairdresser straightened my hair first which snagged on the plates as if there was hairspray dried on them or something. Then she forgot that I told her where my parting was and I had to tell her again just before the end of my haircut. My fringe was cut a bit too short. Not to be rude, but she didn't speak much English - to me during the cut and spoke another language to another stylist while I was having my hair cut. I don't think she ability was poor, I think it was the poor communication.
Great manicure, shop was mobbed which shows how great it is.
