Dissapointed at today’s treatment. I’ve even to Sarasin before when I had quite a lot of upper back tension, and the massage was good. Today I specifically told the therapist that I had a lot of pain in my upper back and she did not attempt to remove any knots and spent next to no time on my back. It was essentially just rubbing my skin no deep tissue massage and 10 minutes towards the end of my treatment someone knocked the door loudly and the therapist was then clearly rushing me away.

Really wonderful - the only tricky thing is that they share a wall with a bar, so there was loud music thumping throughout; but that’s obviously not their fault!
