The venue was closed when I arrived at my appointment time of 10am so I walked around the block a few times until they got their signage out and opened the doors. Upon entrance the venue smelt of food and was cold with no music but the sounds of the staff shouting to each other. The treatment room was icy and even after the masseuse put on the 2 floor heaters it was still uncomfortably cold throughout the entire treatment. There was no music on in the treatment room until the masseuse managed to get the old CD player to work but this kept stopping and skipping and had to be restarted frequently.
The massage itself was good, but because of the environment I wouldn't return.

I was meant to be there for a Swedish massage but the lovely woman who was working on me asked if she could do a deeper Thai massage as she could feel a lot on tension in my shoulders. It was a different experience to my previous Swedish massage but so valuable to be advised that I could benefit from something different. I'm incredibly self conscious but they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I will be coming back as often as I possibly can!
