Really amazing services. I was a bit sceptical, because a good massage, that really helps you, is not an easy thing to encounter. I would definetely recommend it. 30 pounds for 30 minutes is a bit expensive, but worthwhile.

Disappointed. Was met by a member of staff who asked for my name and then went upstairs. I thought to follow and was shouted at to wait. When shown my room, i wasn't told any instructions, just show the bed and then left to it. Music playing would have been nice. The massage and lady who did it was lovely but ruined by the ambiance. Halfway through the massage someone knocked and yelled through the door. My therapist left without explanation then returned a few minutes later, without apology and continued where she left off. I wouldn't go back.

I had an incredible massage at Sarasin Spa. The location is lovely and my massage therapist tackled every knot in my body. I walked out of the spa feeling like a new person!
