Really enjoyed my experience at Sarasin Spa. The venue was lovely, very pretty decoration in the entrance and ambience in the treatment room was nice - colourful and calming lights in the corner.
The reflexology treatment was very relaxing and I’d certainly go again. Thank you!

The venue was closed when I arrived at my appointment time of 10am so I walked around the block a few times until they got their signage out and opened the doors. Upon entrance the venue smelt of food and was cold with no music but the sounds of the staff shouting to each other. The treatment room was icy and even after the masseuse put on the 2 floor heaters it was still uncomfortably cold throughout the entire treatment. There was no music on in the treatment room until the masseuse managed to get the old CD player to work but this kept stopping and skipping and had to be restarted frequently.
The massage itself was good, but because of the environment I wouldn't return.
