I’ve been suffering from headaches and migraines recently and realised the tightness in my neck and shoulders could be a trigger, hence booking this massage. I was well looked after and and now feel so much better. My therapist worked so hard to reduce the tightness and even incorporated a massage of my hands and feet so it was really thorough. I feel so much better already and will definitely be returning soon.
