The spa is really nice and the massage was fantastic!
The only annoying thing was the poor soundproofing: the reception phone kept ringing during my treatment and it was quite noisy when other clients arrived which was a bit distracting. Other than that, it was great and I'll definitely be going back :)

I was taken a bit aback at start because it just happened very quick. From street to bed literally a minute. No consultation, discussion, form-filling. Not a bad thing necessarily, just be prepared. Massage itself was excellent. Asked for firm and really got it. The spa may lack the extras other spas have, like luxury towels etc but the massage itself is great. They know what they are doing. Would go back and recommend 100%

Right to it no messing around
Wish I had more consultation before to chat about how I wanted it or what hurt and why I was there but was no conversation.
Lots of knots came out which was nice
Still feel like tight afterwards so think I may need to go back as I know my knots were really bad
