Everything was perfect except for my girlfriend got a full Tai massage when I paid for a Swedish. She specifically asked me not for a Tai and so I didn't book one, only for her to get one anyway. Some of the other reviews also mentioned that they have done this before too. With that said, the place, staff and massage was extremely well done. Perhaps just some attention to detail as I feel that Tai may be your speciality that you're giving to lots of people regardless of what they order.
