This was my second time at Sarasin Spa and it was with the lovely Tina. Stretched, massage and cracked to every inch of my life-AMAZING!

They were running 40 minutes behind schedule so appointment was late starting, no apology. Missed a reservation I had for after the appointment. Not what I expected at all. Not relaxing in the slightest. Informed masseuse what she was doing was extremely painful about 10 times, didn't make a difference, was 30minutes of agony. She also abruptly left the room during the massage to answer the phone.

Really brilliant massages, they found knots where I didn’t know they existed and really left me relaxed. Highly recommended
