Massage was fanatastic and the venue is lovely. However, we didn’t really like how they were talking to each other in Thai throughout the massage. It made it less relaxing and spoilt the ambiance.

Really enjoyed my experience at Sarasin Spa. The venue was lovely, very pretty decoration in the entrance and ambience in the treatment room was nice - colourful and calming lights in the corner. The reflexology treatment was very relaxing and I’d certainly go again. Thank you!
