All a bit odd.- couples massage for me and a friend.
Having booked through this site for a 2:45 appt it was then re arranged for 3:30 which was perfectly fine. However upon arrival at the salon ten minutes before our appointment we were let in and then left on our own with out being spoke to once for half an hour. Me and my friend rang the doorbell again to get there attention, where a member of staff came out and said they are running lat and are going to be another ten minutes. That was now 45 minutes into our appointment, we informed them that we are not going to be able to have the full one hour massage as we had to be somewhere else.
Eventually we got taken though to our room, we asked to have half an hour massage as that's all we could do .. Credit where credit is due the girls doing the massage were very good, although considering we were meant to get a choice of what type of massage we wanted, we didn't and got a Thai one which is an experience if you don't know what it involves. What let the experience of the staff down massively was the manager barging into the room to disscuss why we only wanted half an hour and that she could only give us £16 refund. The two girl doing the massage looked shocked that she had chose that time to discuss this with us. It left us not able to relax for the rest of the little time we had left of our already shortened massage.
If it wasn't for the manager coming in I'm sure my friend and myself could have forgiven the lateness as the massage was good.
Would I go back? Not entirely sure as the massage I got was good and sorted my back out however it was like visiting fawlty towers in spa form as it was all very bizarre.

Booked at very short notice having woke up with a really stiff and sore neck and shoulders. I knew that the Thai style could be deep and probably a bit painful but I figured it would kill or cure it! The massage was deep, the masseuse could obviously feel where the problem was and got right in there. Although it was painful at times I felt she knew what she was doing and I relaxed into it as best I could. I left being able to move my head freely and feely like something had been 'shifted'. Tough going, but brilliant :)
