The phone ringing constantly outside the door does not create a relaxing atmosphere. Halfway through, someone came into the room and started talking to the masseuse...again, not relaxing. Asked for feet to be included and this was done reluctantly, at the expense of head and shoulder massage. Finished 5 minutes early. Siam Spa on Bridge St much better value & service.
